Residents affected by Rushden Greenway anti-social behaviour meet with council but still 'no forthcoming commitment' towards solution

Residents subjected to attacks on their garden fencing have met with the council but still feel there is ‘no forthcoming solution’ to stop the anti-social behaviour blighting their lives.
